Grayson's Baptism

Laura, the kids, and Max were able to go down to Vancouver and support Grayson's (Laura's brother, Bryce's son) baptism.   Laura felt that she should go, as long as the weather looked good!!!  Laura watched the weather religiously... and when it looked clear - she packed the kids up, picked up Max in Tri-Cities and headed to Vancouver!!  It was such a great experience to go and spend time with Bryce and Amy's and Julie and Issac's family.   Grayson also asked Julie to give the talk on baptism and CJ to give the talk on the Holy Ghost.  Both of the talks were great!!  Since Julie was caravaning back to Spokane with Laura... we both would check the weather and talk about what we should do.  So when the weather forecast started calling for snow Sunday afternoon, we had to decide if we leave Saturday afternoon and drive in the dark or wait until Sunday but possibly hit snow... they prayed, talked, prayed again and made a plan!!!  Saturday, was a beautiful sunny day, so we decided to stay and spend the day playing and enjoying the sunshine!  Then we would leave Sunday right after sacrament meeting, travel in the daylight, and pray the snow heldout until we got to Spokane.
