Well... it ended up being a jam packed Hiawatha trail weekend for us!!! We went camping Thursday - Saturday and rode the Hiawatha extension roads on our motorcycles. And now Monday, Labor day we get to ride the official Hiawatha trail on our bikes with the Christensen and Julian Families. We planned both trips weeks ago - but we had no idea both were located in the same area...kinda funny how it all worked out!! It was just meant to be a Hiawatha Weekend!! It's beautiful country and we were with amazing people - so we didn't mind!
Holy cow - there were a lot of people on the trail today! After the bike ride, we all went to the Julian's home had a potluck dinner & a swim/ hot tub party. Clay even held their pet snake!!! It was quite a fun day...glad it all worked out in the end...
