The feast

Everyone helped cook the feast!  It was so nice...many hands made light work.

We ate until we were past full, then we tried out an Escape Room game Laura found at walmart that looked interesting... it sure racked out brains, but it was fun!  

Then we brought out a Harry Potter puzzle that we worked on for days!!! (Well, months actually.  We bought it last Christmas and started it, but didn't get very far...and pretty much gave up on it.)  Leslie and Trevor took on the challenge with us to see if we could finish it before they left...well, we got close.  We finished it within 12 hours of them leaving the house...does that count?  It sure was a doozy and we all contributed to the completion of that ridiculous puzzle.  And hey, after 11 months of being moved around, we were only missing 2 pieces of 1000...pretty good, I'd say!.

*Side Note... it is now months later (like 5 months later and the puzzle is still in its completed form down the the basement in the storage room...we don't have the heart to undo all that work.  I think all know that if we break it up....its never going to piece itself back together again...ever.
