A Lucky Lady

This baby girl was soooo excited to have breakfast in bed!!! She has been watching everyone else have it and now it was her turn!!!  Some big pancakes, greek yogurt and juice...yum!!  She is our 3 year old princess... and my goodness -  how does she look that good in the morning???  So unfair.  This little lady is so lucky...she even had a special gift - Daddy (and his crew Chris and CJ) sang happy birthday to her in "southern" style all the way from the cockpit of his airplane!!  And they sounded good!  I can't tell you how many times we watched that video...but it was a lot.  It was the perfect birthday present!

This little lady just wanted a day with her friend Wheezy and to go to McDonalds...so that's what we did!  Wheezy came over right after the kids were off to school and brought matching pink princess dresses for her birthday!  So not only were the girls able to spend the day together...now they matched!!!  Oh, the comments Laura got as she took these ladies out.. "Oh my goodness, they are so cute!"  "Are they twins"  "That's the more adorable thing"  And believe me...they were!! These girls turned heads everywhere they went - the library, the grocery store, and finally McDonalds!!!  We spent the afternoon at McDonalds...hours...and when Laura said it was finally time to leave so we could pick up kids from school and continue celebrating Erica's birthday...we just hadn't stayed long enough!!  The Terry Clan (Minus Scott who is in Arizona) came over for presents and cake!!!

We seem to be having a Baskin Robbins birthday cake year so far!!  A lot of things have gotten simplified.  One easy way to simplify  - was letting someone else make the cake.  So when Erica said she wanted an "Elsa and Anna" cake, Laura and Erica took a trip to Baskin Robbins, picked out a pink princess cake, brought it home and Laura added the topper and waalaa it's an Elsa and Anna cake.  Erica was thrilled, Laura was thrilled, win win!!!
