Tubbs Hill

Another Smith Family reunion activity was going to Tubbs Hill.  When the canoe and kayaks were loaded up with all our lunches and gear... we all watched as a few token paddlers paddled their way across Coeur D'Alene lake.  Hoping that they and all our stuff would make it to the beach at Tubbs hill... The rest of us hiked our way to the rendezvous spot.  It was a nice hike that is right along the ridge and has gorgeous views the whole way!  We swapped places on the way out and we quickly realized that paddling the canoe and kayaks that are full of gear isn't the easiest to do!   Especially when the water is choppy and you are just hoping and praying the canoe doesn't tip over!
