2 year olds are sooo easy to please. We went shopping in the morning, had a McDonalds lunch date with the Terrys in the after noon, got a few perfect gifts from her buddy Wheezy (her own cupcake purse, phone, and keys - this girl was in heaven...birthday could have been done right there at that moment and all would have been right with the world.)
Came home and crashed with a birthday nap, cake creation, dinner, presents, blowing out candles and eating cake!
Erica knew the day was all about her! And boy was she excited about it!! She has been practicing singing Happy Birthday and blowing out candles, so she was a pro when the time came! We had chicken rolls, pasta roni (white cheddar) and broccoli for dinner...Erica's favorites..not sure about the broccoli, but definitely the chicken rolls and the pasta! Wow.. when it is something she likes, that little girl can eat! We invited a new friend, Steve, to join us for dinner and birthday celebrations. He brought a lot of fun to the night and cherry pie from Conleys..yum yum!!! The kids enjoyed sharing their books, art, scouting interests, and accomplishments with Steve. I think he enjoyed our little chaotic heaven! Birthday done!
