Ever since we moved to Liberty Lake, we have been hearing about these Gooey's at Dockside Restaurant at the Coeur D'Alene resort. People said they are amazing and a "must do". So after our hike and fun at the lake, we thought...hey, lets check out this Gooey thing....and let me tell you....we found out what a gooey is alright!! AND We like it!! And there isn't just one gooey...there are sooo many choices of gooeys...butterfinger hot fudge, coeur d'Alene Anniversary with cake batter ice cream and brownie and blondie chunks, reese's peanut butter cup, royal cheese cake, chocolate obsession, and the gooey monster...and they all sound amazing! It was a hard choice but in the end we got a Gooey monster and strawberry cheesecake gooey. Then came the REALLY hard task of finding out how many spoons can you get in a single jar of ice cream at one time!!! I'm sure we were quite a site to behold as 7 WARDs dived into icecream, brownies, and cheesecake all at once!! DIG IN!!!
