Duathlon

Laura thought that this Duathlon sounded like fun, so when it fell on the time when Julie was going to be in town - she asked Julie if she would want to do it with her and she said YES!!  Later we found out it was  General Conference weekend...since when is General Conference in Sept?  Well, we decided we could go, run, bike and run and still make it home for general conference..right? So, that is what we did...we got up early, loaded up the bikes and headed for the park.   Julie is amazing...running and biking while 20 weeks pregnant...she is my hero!   The group of people that participated in the event were super chill, supportive and encouraged each other!  Everyone was out just to have a good time - no competition.  We had so much fun I think we will make it a yearly tradition... Duathlon....we are definitely coming again!!  CJ made it all possible by holding down the fort,  watching the kids, and getting the tv ready for General Conference!  Thanks CJ!
