Why Hello

Sometimes we get a little bored on Sunday afternoons and have to make up our own fun!!!  This Sunday afternoon, We found ourselves going  through the dress up clothes.   CJ had a little too much fun making himself into a Pretty girl! He even had the voice down perfectly saying "Why Hello"  We all had a pretty good laugh about this one!!!  Oh CJ...I'm sorry to be the one to tell you... but you really are an ugly girl!

So Much Cuteness

There is so much fun, personality and pizzazz in these girls I can hardly stand it!  These pictures make me smile so much... The January  combo is priceless - Everything from the smiles, to the hats, to the boots, the swimsuits, and the crazy poses  - I love it all!!! We love you girls sooo much!

Frozen STIFF

We have a brand new appreciation for the phrase "frozen stiff"  We found a few items in the yard that were exactly that...FROZEN STIFF!!!  It has been super cold outside lately...no snow, but super COLD!!!  When we headed to the backyard to gather a few items that had been left outside low and behold...we found that their shape didn't move.  The gloves and socks were hard as a board...they had been frozen stiff!  It was amazing.  Laura was so thrilled and thought the items were so bizarre looking she couldn't stop laughing!  Hence... here are pictures to remember the moment by!!!  But, don't worry...no gloves or socks were permanently harmed... eventually all the items warmed up and were restored to their proper shape!

Ear pierced Princess

For her birthday, Aparri bought magnetic earrings.  But, they wouldn't stay on, so... Aparri decided to return a bunch of her Saturday purchases and use the money to get her ears pierced!!!  Whoohoo!!  Laura' s friend, Jenn Bailey came and joined in the fun!!  Aparri was nervous, but with the help of the Clair's bear...Aparri did it and looks gorgeous!!  

Celebrating Aparri

Breakfast Rollos in bed, friends, and a mermaid ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins  was the perfect way to celebrate Aparri's actual big day!  Livvy was super sweet and surprised Aparri with a visit and a girls pampering set!!!  Happy Birthday big girl...we can't believe it has been 9 years already!! 

Night Skiing

Clay wants to get as much skiing in as possible.  These 2 boys are just as crazy about skiing as their Dad! When Clay found a great deal on night skiing and said, "Anyone want to go night skiing?"  these 2 jumped at the chance  So, Detric, Preston, and Clay decided hit the slopes. Off to Silver Mountain they headed for some night skiing. It’s fun to see the constant improvement in the kids’ skiing abilities and to see them get to the point where they move on from struggling to just having fun.  

A day of Shopping

We gave Aparri a $100 Bill and said, YOU GET TO SPEND THE DAY WITH MOM AND GO SHOPPING!!!  And that's what we did!!  We went to sooo many stores!!!  We shopped, we bought, we returned, we rebought, we ate lunch at Red Robin and finished a hard days work with relaxing pedicures!  At the end of the day, Aparri 's loot contained a sparkle back pack, magnetic earrings, clothes, shoes, a "fit bit - like" watch, and a huge smile on her face!!
